Impact
This interactive application replaced the traditional written reports used by security guards and supervisors, providing a more efficient and streamlined process for reporting daily activities:
- solution includes a comprehensive UX/UI design for both web and mobile apps, allowing guards to track their activities in real-time, view their locations on a map, generate daily reports, and manage QR codes/NFC tags
- provides mobile self-service tools for the distributed workforce and web service tools for administrators, executives, managers, dispatchers, and clients, enabling efficient management and monitoring of the security guard workforce

Challenges and Solutions
🧐 Challenges
The client reached out to us intending to develop an interactive app to report an employee’s daily activities. The challenge was to:
- replace the written report that guards and supervisors write each shift;
- develop a website, a mobile app for guards and supervisors and web apps for admin, executive, manager, dispatcher and clients.
💡 Solutions
As a result, we came up with a split of major features and a solution that included:
- a fully-fledged UX / UI design for both web and mobile apps;
- daily activity reports tracking guards in real-time and displaying their locations on a map;
- scheduling and GPS reports;
- management of QR codes/NFC tags.
