🧐 Challenges
The client came to us with the idea of a marketplace for tourists and tour agents that would help:
- tourists and agents find each other;
- agents fill in data about potential clients, e.g. dates, locations, hosts, tourists’ preferences, etc;
- tourists choose and book the trips they prefer.
💡 Solutions
As a result, we came up with the operating solution with real users that:
- helps tourists and agents to get in touch with each other;
- allows agents to fill in data about trips, tourists, their preferences, potential clients, locations, dates and hosts;
- allows tourists to find, select and book trips;
- provides a travel tracking calendar that displays dates, tourists’ names and the places they travel to.
