- simplify the candidate selection process;
- spend less time reviewing multiple CVs;
- receive fewer irrelevant applications for a position.
💡 Solutions
We developed an app that offers next:
- the Tinder-like feature that helps employers find applicants by swiping left or right which reduced candidate selection time;
- the relevance rating, which gives a low score to an applicant who applies to an irrelevant position.
