Build a service on NEAR blockchain that would:
- implement lending borrowing protocol using NEAR blockсhain
- use the best practices from AAVE and Compound
- develop such features as Rewards with vesting time, Ledger trading
- develop own Oracle service relying on a list of DEXs and CEXs services
