The client, an experienced senior manager and entrepreneur, reached out with a unique concept in the automotive industry and asked us to help him:
- create a product concept;
- build the mobile applications and websites to acquire customers;
- launch his business
💡 Solutions
To help the client overcome the challenge, here’s what we did:
- conducted a product design phase and prepared all the architecture and infrastructure;
- developed three iOS apps for fleet managers, drivers and customers, and a modern web version for fleet managers and administration to run the business;
- completed the project on time and within budget;
- within three months the client got a good bunch of the first customers.
