🧐 Challenges
Dalth reached out to create a global system for different types of users while ensuring that all flows are connected. Therefore, we needed to:
- ensure a correct information architecture that would be easy to navigate;
- build a clear structure for all types of users at different levels with a clear and transparent hierarchy;
- create a room for clinicians and nurses.
💡 Solutions
Here is what we did to help users to:
- handle tasks such as requesting/ tracking appointments, uploading documents, checking medical data, adding and viewing contacts, etc;
- sign consents digitally;
- view closed appointments or join an ongoing one;
- easily request urgent care using the QR-code.
