Challenges and Solutions
🧐 Challenges
The issues were:
- the current code base wasn’t developed according to the best practices;
- the app wasn’t working stably in both mobile and backend.
💡 Solutions
We assigned the project team led by one of our top solution architects and implemented:
- investigation of the current codebase and project structure;
- a short-term roadmap for fast solution stabilization and a long-term roadmap for rebuilding the whole solution;
- the current mobile app and back-end to a new scalable architecture.
