The client had an outdated CRM with very limited functionality, so they wanted us to build a new CRM with advanced functionality.
💡 Solutions
We built a new CRM which allows brokers to:
- add a new client, and review the list of clients
- submit a request on behalf of a specific client
- review the list of requests and its status
Additionally, it provides administrative capabilities such as:
- to create/edit/deactivate a broker and review the lists of brokers, and their clients
- to review the list of requests generated by brokers and address those requests
- to assign loss adjusters to the claims made and track their status
